The Process in Detail
Here's exactly what happens after you choose your package and complete checkout.
Step 1: Choose Your Package and Complete Intake
After checkout, you'll receive an email with a link to our secure intake form. This form collects everything we need to distribute your press release: your company details, announcement information, media contact, images, and preferred publish date.
For Distribution Only ($750), you'll upload your final, proofread press release along with two high-resolution images and your company boilerplate. We review everything for formatting and quality before scheduling distribution.
For Full-Service ($999), the intake form captures your announcement details, key talking points, target audience, and any specific messaging preferences. Our writing team uses this information to craft a professional press release that tells your story effectively.
Step 2: Review, Approval, and Distribution
For Full-Service orders, we send you a draft for review. You can request unlimited revisions until the release meets your standards. Once you approve the final version, we schedule it for distribution.
Your press release is then distributed through our Gold-tier network, which includes Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, Dow Jones Factiva, Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch, and over 500 additional media outlets. The release also goes through AILink™ indexing, which structures the content so AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI can find and reference it.
Distribution also includes podcast syndication and newsroom submissions to major financial terminals, giving your announcement the broadest possible reach across digital and professional channels.
Step 3: Receive Your Placement Report
Within 7 business days of distribution (or 48 hours with rush delivery), you'll receive a comprehensive PDF report documenting every placement. This report includes live links to each article, distribution timestamps, and details about the outlets where your release appeared.
Use this report to build your "As Featured In" section, share with investors and partners, include in proposals and sales materials, or simply track the reach of your announcement. Many clients find that the placement report itself becomes one of their most valuable marketing assets.
