We understand that circumstances change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair to both our clients and our business. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you understand your options at every stage of the process.

    Before Distribution Begins

    If you request a cancellation before your press release has been submitted to our distribution network, we will issue a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees. This applies to both our Distribution Only ($750) and Full-Service ($999) packages.

    For Full-Service orders where writing has already begun but distribution has not started, we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. If our writing team has already invested significant time in research, interviews, and drafting, a partial refund may apply to cover the work already completed. We will always communicate clearly about what has been done and what refund amount is appropriate.

    After Distribution Begins

    Once your press release has been submitted to our distribution network, the service is considered rendered and refunds are generally not available. This is because press distribution is an irreversible process—once your release is published across 500+ media outlets, it cannot be recalled or unpublished from third-party websites.

    This policy exists because our distribution partners process and publish releases in real time. Within hours of submission, your press release begins appearing on media websites, financial terminals, and news aggregators. Each placement is a permanent, indexable article that becomes part of the public record.

    We encourage all clients to review and approve their press release content carefully before authorizing distribution. For Full-Service clients, we provide unlimited revisions during the draft review stage specifically so you can ensure the release meets your standards before it goes live.

    Our Service Guarantee

    We guarantee placement within our distribution network of 500+ outlets. Every client receives a comprehensive PDF report documenting all placements with live links. If we fail to deliver the placements as promised in your package, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution options may include re-distribution, additional placements, or a partial refund at our discretion.

    Please note that our guarantee covers distribution placements within our syndication network. We do not guarantee editorial coverage, where journalists write original articles about your news. Editorial decisions are made independently by journalists and editors based on newsworthiness and are beyond our control.

    Similarly, while our placements include high-authority outlets like Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, Yahoo Finance, and MarketWatch, the specific outlets that publish your release may vary depending on content relevance, outlet editorial policies, and network availability at the time of distribution.

    Rush Delivery Add-On

    The 48-hour rush delivery add-on ($200) is non-refundable once distribution has been prioritized in our queue. If you purchased rush delivery but wish to cancel before distribution begins, the rush fee will be refunded along with the base package amount per the cancellation policy above.

    Chargebacks and Disputes

    If you have a concern about your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at hello@utahpresswire.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and direct communication is always the fastest path to a resolution.

    Chargebacks initiated after services have been delivered may be contested with documentation of the completed service, including your intake submission, approval records, and placement report.

    How to Request a Refund

    • Your order number or date of purchase
    • The reason for your refund request
    • Any relevant details that will help us process your request
